COMPANIONSHIP

Companionship care varies from person to person, but aim at providing emotional and physical assistance for senior and disabled loved ones in order to help feel safe in the comfort of their homes.

Some of our clients are still active but might need extra help in maintaining their daily living. These services includes  Light cleaning/housekeeping, meal preparation and shopping, errands and transportation, laundry services, medication reminders, accompanying clients for walks or assisting with exercise, bill pays, pet care, administrative assistance.

Light cleaning/Housekeeping-  Light vacuuming and dusting of general areas around the home, kitchen clean up after meals, taking out trash, straightening and tidying up rooms .

Meal preparation and shopping-  Our caregivers work with our clients and families to develop a healthy meal plan that meets any dietary requirements. Also, we are available to do grocery shopping, prepare, cook and serve meals

Errands and Transportation - Our caregiver can assist  by driving and accompanying clients to a doctor or dentist appointment or running errands such as trips to the beauty shop, or barber, visiting family and friends, shopping, running errands and many more.

Laundry Services - We can assist with the washing, drying, and folding of laundry and put it away to minimize physical stress.

Medication reminders- We understand the importance of assisting independent seniors to remember to take their daily medication as prescribed.

Accompanying clients for walks or assisting with exercise- We understand some clients may like to walk or exercise within their home or outdoor. Our caregivers understand the importance of client’s safety .

Administrative assistance- overseeing  plans and scheduling for social activities within the home  or within the community such as senior center, bill pays and more.
